Solutions to common faults of packaging machine

1. Some film guides are faulty
The film cannot enter the heating knife seat of the packaging machine, nor can it be removed from the heating knife seat, or the two ends are not aligned.
One of the reasons: the center of the film, the guide groove, the longitudinal sealing cutter seat and the transverse sealing cutter seat are not in a straight line.
Reason 2: the film baffle is too inclined.
Reason 3: the eccentric speed of the sprocket of the horizontal seal hot cutter base is abnormal.
Adjustment method 1: rotate the vertical packaging machine to the right, and rotate the adjustment knob to the right to increase the pressure. The thickness of the film is stretched. It should be noted that excessive stretching cannot be sealed.
Adjustment method 2: reduce the pressure of longitudinal heat sealing roller. If the pressure is too high, the film will not be clamped and extruded.
Adjustment method 3: the longitudinal sealing roller shall be clamped in the middle more than usual, and generally 10mm shall be clamped in 7mm.
Adjustment method 4: adjust with pillow packing machine. If both ends are not aligned, bend the film out of the side guide to bend inward.
Adjustment method 5: there is error in the center line of the guide groove. If it is not manufactured properly, it should be replaced.
2. Cutter component failure
(1) The film cannot be cut
Reason 1: the gap between moving knife and fixed knife is not adjusted properly.
Adjustment method: there are two short tension bolts on the outside of the fixed knife and two long compression bolts on the outside of the fixed knife. When the blade of the movable knife is close to the fixed knife, the film is cut by grinding the two knives. The gap between the two pillow packers is preferably 1 / 100 mm, and the two upper knives are in slight contact, so the sharp knives usually remain parallel. When adjusting, hold the film by hand and cut it, and then adjust it. During adjustment, the cutter clutch should be disengaged.
Reason 2: the cutting blade was damaged and honed by oilstone, and the damaged grinder was used for maintenance.
Reason 3: the cutter is not installed correctly, the cutter clutch is not clamped correctly, and the positioning button is not released.
Solution: carefully check all parts and retighten.
3. Horizontal sealing hot roller failure: poor sealing
Cause: poor thermal regulation, insufficient spring pressure or uneven pressure.
Adjustment method: appropriate pressure and temperature shall be selected according to the thickness and type of packaging materials used. If the sealing temperature is too high, the seal is white, the packaging film at the seal is easy to peel off, and the pressure of each thermal sealing roller is generated by the spring. In order to adjust, the temperature of the roller is controlled by the temperature controller to control the heating temperature of the heating rod. There are pressure adjustment buttons on the left and right sides of the horizontal sealing roller. Each adjustment button is composed of push-pull packer button and pull button. If only the button is used, the pressure on the heating roller is too large, which may lead to poor sealing. Therefore, the button and pull button should be used appropriately,
4. Partial fault of rotary table
(1) Mix the packaged products into the heat sealing part
Reason 1: the bagging time is inconsistent with the heat sealing time.
Solution: the two gears connected to the rotary table gear are pushed upward, and the two gears are pushed upward to change the engagement, so that the material will not fall when the seal is closed. The ideal physicochemical time is to put the particles into the bag after the horizontal sealing is completed. After correct adjustment, do not change it easily.
Reason 2: the packaging speed is too fast, the material falls for a long time, and the packaging speed is appropriately reduced.
(2) . the cutting time has been adjusted and is abnormal again
Cause: the rotary table is not fixed correctly, the key and fixing screw are loose, or the fixed position is incorrect, and the switch in the rotary table is not opened and closed properly.
Maintenance and adjustment: fix the turntable in the correct position of the pillow packing machine, and then retighten the keys and screws. Fix the shutter by adjusting the opening and closing mechanism of the shutter to the correct position. In addition, when a small amount of powder or a mixture with very different specific gravity is loaded, the bagging time is very long, which causes the powder to bite into the sealing part. At this time, the packaging speed should be reduced slightly to make it rotate. In order to suit the performance of the packaging material.
5. Electrical failure
(1) . the current of heat sealing roller is too large or the fuse is blown out
Cause: heater short circuit or heat sealing wire short circuit.
(2) . the heat sealing roller is not hot
Cause: the heating wire is blown, the second fuse is blown, and three temperature controls are faulty. At this time, different temperatures are set and the traffic lights do not jump.
(3) The temperature cannot be controlled automatically, and the temperature is too high
The first reason is the poor contact or damage between the thermocouple and the drum. The second reason is the internal failure of the temperature controller.
(4) The photoelectric position is not a pillow packing machine
Cause 1: controller fuse is damaged or internal fault.
Reason 2: the packaging paper is not installed, so the bidding Center does not pass through the center of the photoelectric head hole.
Reason 3: there is dirt on the photoelectric head.
Reason 4: the sensitivity knob is not adjusted.
6. The organization itself is flawed
(1) Some institutions cannot be started
Cause 1: the motor and wiring are damaged: disconnect. If the motor is faulty, replace the motor.
Reason 2: the fuse is blown out: replace the fuse with the same amperage.
Reason 3: the gear has been connected to the screw, the key is loose, etc Retighten the loose screws, then start the motor and check according to the transmission sequence.
Cause 4: foreign matters fall into gears and other rotating parts. At this time, the motor makes an abnormal sound. If it is not handled in time, it is easy to burn the motor and take away foreign matters.
Reason 5: foreign matters fall into the pillow packaging machine, and the two blades are too tightly matched: the foreign matters are taken out. When the two blades are too tight, the clearance shall be increased appropriately.
(2) The horizontal sealing heating roller does not rotate
Cause: the bearing part of the hot roller is not oiled, resulting in burning and locking, and the gear fixing lock ring and key are loosened: oil should be injected into the hot roller and the gear lock ring and key should be tightened again.
