The machine is a new product independently developed by our company, specializing in automatic packaging for plaster industry. It is applicable to the packaging of plaster paste, multi sheet packaging and other sheet products. Driven by 5 servo motors, it can be equipped with full-automatic blanking device according to the product appearance. PLC programmable controller is adopted to program the operation of the whole machine. The whole machine is composed of servo traction, three row feeding, steel word coding, reciprocating heat sealing, finished product conveying and automatic counting mechanism. 1. This machine can pack all kinds of special-shaped stickers.
2. The machine can produce 3 pieces per minute, up to 30-99 / bag, with the characteristics of fast packaging speed.
3. The machine can be used for the packaging of plaster, moxibustion, hot compress and other products.
4. The machine can be automatically operated, with simple structure, simple operation and strong practicability.
5. The fuselage is made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to wipe and does not rust.
6. The machine adopts servo traction drive, with longer stroke, less noise and more convenient photoelectric tracking adjustment.
